Great communication and responsiveness, but they were charging 2.5x's the price of other plumbers on Thumbtack to install two toilets. They estimated ~$800 for labor of installation of two toilets and ~$1400 for two toilets plus installation.

I had Lodrick come the next day from my service request. He did an outstanding job fixing my girls bathroom and did me the favor of not making me see what came out of the shower and sinks! He fixed my guest room toilet which had been broken for a few months and noticed my girls toilet was making the same noise so repaired it as well. I contacted this company late on a Sunday when my water heater broke. They responded within minutes and sent someone out to diagnose the problem. They returned the next day to install a new heater and it has been working great. I took a star off because I was not informed about the credit card processing fee until it was time to pay. Otherwise, I received good service and would recommend them.
