I offer fair and honest pricing. I explain the cost before starting the work, and there are no hidden fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I ask a few questions to understand the problem. Then I schedule a visit, diagnose the issue on-site, explain the repair options and cost, and complete the repair once approved. I always test the appliance before finishing the job.

I received written and hands-on training at my previous company and gained experience by working on real repair jobs
