- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Standard pricing is $65.00 for a service call. If the repair can be accomplished in the first 30 minutes of the service call there is no additional charge for labor, the customer will just need to pay for the parts for the repair and the service call.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We treat every customer as if they were our only customer and our first priority is to maintain and repair their existing system without selling them parts that they do not need.

Bachelor of Science In Business, Certificate In Heating and Air Conditioning with over ten years of experience in the field.
