- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
MaidSenseSC prices are based on hourly rate unless it’s a make ready or move out that needs extra maintenance (dirty stove, dirty range hood, dirty fridge, etc)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
One of our staff members will reach out to a new customer and get as much information about the project as they can. As a new customer you will get to know the owner, the staff who will be handling your cleaning and a checklist that we will go over in detail.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 30 years of experience in cleaning and 15 years of experience in property management. As a former property manager, I know what it takes to keep properties fresh, inspection ready and move in ready because I know what companies and properties show look like when a resident/tenant/buyer walks in.
