Company was only one of three contacted to respond. I had an immediate need to inspect and brace sagging floor joists at the ground level and second story of my home. The situation was urgent requiring a temporary stopgap measure to stabilize the joists until a full inspection of the foundation could be completed. After an employee met with me at my home, the owner texted me later that day advising he was fully booked and could not assist me. Did not recommend another company or offer any further assistance or an estimate. Average overall experience. At least the company responded and did come on-site. Then chose to pass on tackling the work but did communicate instead of leaving me hanging. Would still consider them in the future for less urgent or critical projects.

I hired the Jeffcoat company to repair and finish the job another contractor had botched. They were so friendly and so accommodating. I was so delighted with their work. They had to replace almost everything the other guys had done. It took them about 2.5 days. Everything is so neat and professional now. Used a crew of three and all seemed to know what they were doing. Very reasonable price. I truly felt these fellows rescued me.
