- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For repairs, a basic service call is $45. That covers the first hour of labor. Each additional hour is $35. I charge a piece rate for installations of items such as disposals, ceiling fans, etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I listen to what their need is and ask questions to make sure we're on the same page regarding expectations for the work that they need/want to be done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked for 2 years as an installer of acrylic walls, showers, and tubs with Carolina Rebath. I worked for 1 year in property maintenence with Landmark Resources
