Lei and her team made my old house from the 1950’s shine!

After a long move across the country, and a lengthy search for a rental home (a month in hotels and air bnb’s), by the time we got the keys to our rental and we realized how dirty it was we had been through so much, were so overwhelmed! I’ve never hired a house cleaner before, but just needed some extra help!

Lei did an amazing job. Not only at cleaning but at putting my mind at ease that the job wasn’t too much for them to handle. And they handled it like pro’s! Everything smells nice, and looks great. I finally feel like this little house is our home! Time to start unpacking!

I had a tough job that needed immediate cleaning. Without going into every detail, a family member was found deceased in the home, dying of natural causes after three days. There was a smell and because he passed in the bathroom, that was also the room that needed the most work. There was dried blood and feces. This happened Dec 23rd and I needed a few rooms in the house cleaned on Christmas Eve. Oasis Perfected Services not only responded quickly but also was very transparent from beginning to end and kept her word. I sent very transparent inquiries to multiple cleaners and 2 got back to me telling me they could do the job and then eventually told me they could not do the job. Lei explained from the beginning that there would be an additional $40 fee for biohazard material that she would have to purchase and reassured me that she could and would get the job done. She was also very patient with me as I was out of town and relaying messages between her and family members. She was beyond professional and although I was only sent one picture, it was all I needed to see to know that she did a phenomenal job. I wish she lived in my area so that I could use her as my house cleaner. Thank you again for keeping your word, your professionalism and most of all an extremely job well done.
