- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have to say that the price varies depending on the size of the house, whether or not they have pets and how often they need to clean the house. However my prices are not so cheap but my work is guaranteed, if we missed something, we will return to fix it at no extra cost. In the case of people who hire me for regular basis cleanings, if one day they want to cancel, there is no cancellation fee :)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to invite my new clients to get to know each other and to do a walk through their house so, that they can tell me their needs and I can explain the work process, what kind of supplies we use, as well as the rate for each project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My education and training was in my own home and also the need to support my family.
