These are the following types of cleanouts: Complete Residential Cleanout (including repair services): As the most common form of property cleaning, this type of service includes trash removal; complete interior cleaning and minor repair; complete exterior cleaning, plus landscaping and minor repair throughout the exterior of the residence. Corporate Facilities Cleanout (no repair services): A corporate facilities property cleaning includes multiple offices or work stations, offering furnishings removal, and trash removal. Partial Cleanout (no repair services): A partial cleanout includes interior trash and furnishing removal, carpet or floor cleaning and kitchen/bathroom shelving, cupboard and surface cleaning. Estate Cleanout: An estate cleanout includes the removal of all furnishings, decor items, shelving, doors and other interior fixtures for trash removal.
