I enjoyed my time working out at New Horizons. The atmosphere is welcoming and encouraging. I met weight goals here and never once felt uncomfortable. The staff were literally all great people and offered the best assistance they could when I had general questions; even questions about specific exercises and form to get the most from my workout. The building isn't huge, but don't let that fool you. At New Horizons there are enough machines and tools in the back area to do any type of full body or target exercise your heart desires, you can also utilize the outdoor area. Whatever goals you have they are well in your reach at this facility with a little dedication. The staff is also inspiring and they offer encouragement and some advice free of charge! If you are more of the loner type they give you your space as well! I thoroughly enjoyed this place and really appreciate the owner bringing health and fitness options to the Gaston/Swansea Area!
