Our pricing is based on the size of the property, the services requested, and the condition of the surfaces. We offer bundled discounts when combining services like a house wash and driveway cleaning. There are no hidden fees — every estimate is itemized and upfront before any work begins.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick conversation to understand what the customer needs, then provide a detailed estimate. Once approved, we schedule a date that works for them, show up on time, protect any sensitive areas before we begin, and walk the property with the customer when we're done to make sure they're completely satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We've invested in hands-on training with professional-grade equipment and stay current on best practices for soft washing, pressure washing, chemical application, and surface-specific techniques. We understand how to treat different materials — wood, concrete, siding, roofing — without causing damage.
