We had a leak in one of our bedrooms. Sunday Ruiz came after work hours, inspected the roof, and determined what needed to be done. That was Wednesday evening. Today he and two fellow workers came, repaired the leak and various other problems they found. Everything they did was explained to us in detail. Thank you for your help. We were promised pictures of the work that was done to our roof. Still waiting!!!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
we give them a price on here, that price is based on not seeing the work space. we then want to come out and give you an estimate. in order to get you the best price. at this time we also talk about type of shingles, Shingle brands.
