Had a few spots on the ceiling. Called them around 10am, they arrived and made all repairs same day. I especially liked the after pictures being sent to my phone, since without getting on the roof it is impossible to really see the quality of the work. I have already scheduled them again on another property.

We had 3 leaks spring up after a storm came through. James and the tech helped to fix the issues and also went over the entire roof to fix anything else that might be an issue in the future!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Roofing pricing is done by the 'square', which is a ten foot by ten foot section, 100 square feet. In order to quote a roofing job we either climb the roof and use a measuring tape, or we order an EagleView satellite service measurement which generally takes 48 hours to generate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generally we will contact a new client by phone, and we set an appointment to meet them in person at their property. We will then measure the roof and provide an immediate written, easy-to-understand estimate.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I worked as a commission-only door to door salesman for another roofing company, eventually working my way up to running their roofing division. After learning the business I started Storm Master Roofing in 2014, and I've done millions of dollars of Roofing since then.
