We had some severe weather in Gaston on Friday which blew off a siding panel and raised up some other panels. I looked and behold Vista Roofing was the first on my google search. I called and the automated system was a little confusing however I did receive a phone call within minutes. I had Mr. Joe Wallace who called and came out immediately. I explained the situation and he immediately went to work. Mr. Wallace inspected the whole house for any other siding damage and found an issue with more panels. The craftsmanship he had and taking the time to ensure other panels were properly secured and to his high satisfaction was relieving. I called about one panel and Mr. Wallace secured another 7 panels. That type of dedication and workmanship and integrity is superior. If I ever have another issue with a blown off siding panel or roofing issue, I will be calling Vista Roofing first. Mr Wallace was kind, funny, sincere and very knowledgeable about his profession.Thank you Mr Joe Wallace for you quick attentive response and superb service to ensure the job was done correctly and professionally. It was a pleasure having you come out and repair the panels.

We have had roof/shingle issues on our home since a storm took some off and damaged others. Adam has been there from the start as we continue to process via insurance and the preparation phase to replace the roof. Great concern and service to this point!

Vista Roofing are very professional and very detailed with their inspection. Mason went up into my attic and inspected my roof for water leaks, etc., took pictures as well. He marked my roof for all areas that were in need of repair, places where my flashing around the chimney were leaking. At the end of his inspection, he sat down with me and presented A very detailed proposal and showed me materials and samples that they would use. He assured me that there would always be a supervisor on sight the day of the replacement. Hard to find such good work ethics these days!
