The Team from Southern Coker Power came to clean my solar panels and found. I had an infestation of raccoons. They drove them out and cleaned up behind them. Now they are the way to critter proof my panels. I am so thankful for these guys. They have saved my panels and my roof. And all for a fair price. Thanks guys.

Our solar panels were installed by two different companies who left us high and dry when problems started popping up. One quick phone call to Jonathan at Socopower and within 24 hours, the team of experts had diagnosed the problems on both systems, ordered parts and were on site doing the repairs in a considerate and professional manner. We could not ask for a better response. Special thanks to Aaron who managed the efforts on site.

They got back to me the same day and were really good to help me transfer the monitoring to them so that they would know what was going on with my system. I received the notice that the transfer was complete. That was almost two weeks ago. I have sent them a few emails but have not heard back from them. I have no idea if they are trying to fix my issue, talked to my solar company, or if they do not want to work with me. In the meantime, I am paying for solar that is not working, and I have an increased electric bill. I'm not sure if I need to look for a new company to assist me or not. There is a huge lack of communication to keep me in the loop so that I am aware of what is going on.
