Neighborhood Turf cut back my hugely overgrown holly hedge. I believe my description was lacking in the actual height and length of the job, but he still kept his agreement and did a great job. Will be calling him back to keep the hedge under control later this year.

Getting this pro to show up regularly was a hassle. I hired Jimmy's team to cut my lawn biweekly, clean my garden beds, spread purchased mulch, and clear overgrowth under a large tree. I paid the monthly subscription, my yard was cut, but that was it. After nearly 5 weeks, I had already reached out multiple times inquiring when would my hedges be trimmed and mulch laid down. At 7 weeks and no action I found another lawn service as this one seems overwhelmed with work. I feel that I am owed a partial refund for work never completed, but as usual there is silence from Neighborhood Turf.

Very disappointed in last cut. Yard was not cut evenly, some areas missed completely. Not edged around beds where shrubbery is. Even neighbor came over to let me know yard was done very sloppy. Sloped areas need to be cut with push mower. Riding mower is gouging out grass and dirt. This next appt will be last unless a better job is done. Also not completely blowing off walk ways. The time before when shrubbery was cut, leaves and limbs from cutting were left scattered in front yard and not cleaned up. Yard looked messy
