Bob Freeman did an incredible job with fixing an issue I had with the water supply lines to my toilets. The home is brand new, and we had sediment from our well clogging the lines. I will next hire Bob to come back and install a sediment filter to prevent further issues. We had renters in our Air BnB and it was critical he come out right away - he was there in a flash on a Saturday night!

The mirror was tricky to install, but he handled it flawlessly. What really impressed me was that once the job was done, he didn’t just pack up and leave—he asked if there was anything else I needed help with. That kind of initiative and generosity is rare. I mentioned a couple of small, lingering tasks around the house, and he took care of them on the spot—efficiently and with care. The entire job, including the mirror, was done in under an hour. We had agreed on $75, and he didn’t ask for a penny more, even after doing the extras. I chose to pay him $100 as a thank you for his professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail. I wouldn’t hesitate to call on him again.
