Although I didn't get to meet Deanna or her helper with M&M Cleaning, she seemed very kind and eager to work. We needed a deep clean on an empty house, and she did a nice job. We could tell many places that needed clean had been with few areas missed. My only disappointment is that she left garbage, crumbs, a shirt, and pertinent areas still had hair, dirt, smudges, and were not windexed. So make sure you indicate exactly what you want to negotiate a price because everyone's idea of a deep cleaning is different. It's not a big house at all. It had already been partially cleaned, and they were there for about 6 hours, so they may be a bit slower at cleaning. Overall, we really appreciate the efforts to help on short notice at a fair price.

Prices are not set in gold they can be adjusted if needed
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
typically if you put your info in on thumbtack and get a quote normally when I see the job post I look on my schedule and see what's available. I try my best to go by the dates listed on the customer part where you request the day and time and such. 9/10 times when I reach bavk out to my customer I have them on schedule and set up for their clean.

I have been cleaning since I was 18 years old also I worked at Days Inn as housekeeper
