- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is customized based on the size of the space, service frequency, scope of work, and overall facility needs. For commercial properties, recurring janitorial programs are typically structured around estimated square footage, traffic level, and cleaning frequency (weekly, bi-weekly, multi-day, or daily service). For residential turnovers, Airbnb properties, and one-time cleanings, we generally provide flat-rate pricing based on the size and condition of the property. We aim to provide straightforward, competitive pricing with flexible service options tailored to each client’s operational needs. Walkthrough consultations are recommended to ensure accurate quoting and expectations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process typically begins with a walkthrough consultation so we can better understand the space, operational flow, traffic level, and overall cleaning priorities of the property. During the walkthrough, we review the scope of work, service frequency, problem areas, access requirements, and any specific expectations the customer may have. From there, we build a customized service plan and provide a clear proposal tailored to the facility’s needs. Once service is approved, we coordinate scheduling, site access, and any onboarding details to help ensure a smooth transition and consistent service moving forward. We also believe strong communication is important and aim to remain responsive and flexible as needs evolve over time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training and experience come through operating as a local franchise owner within the Stratus Clean network, where I completed onboarding and operational training focused on commercial cleaning systems, facility service standards, safety practices, and customer support. Training included areas such as proper chemical usage, cleaning materials and equipment, floor care techniques, sanitation practices, workflow efficiency, service scheduling, and operational management for commercial environments. Through the Stratus Clean partnership, I’ve also gained hands-on experience supporting offices, industrial facilities, post-construction projects, and multi-tenant commercial properties throughout the Upstate area. In addition to technical cleaning knowledge, the training also emphasized professionalism, communication, consistency, and building long-term client relationships through reliable service and established operational standards.
