Never was hired by this customer. So don’t understand how we could be graded base on no work being done. Our quote was sent and never received a response so we thought customer had used another contractor.

We needed flooring and searched thumbtack for someone and are extremly happy we found Chris. He made suggestions that we didnt even think about such as around the fireplace that took his workmanship from a to A+++++!! He was very prompt, very fair, and very punctual. Will always call him above any other. He did a great job on plumbing and are hoping to get him back for a deck and some interior remodeling. His family helpers were just as impressive as he and cleaned up TOTALLY after each job. VERY PLEASED WITH ALL OUR PROJECTS WITH THEM!!

Hired to remodel a master bath. The contract stated that they would provide the glass for the shower. Chris stated that he forgot to order it and it would be in and he would come install the shower fixtures and glass when it came in. Paid for the remodel (MY MISTAKE). They have never finished the remodel job. Left shower unfinished. Also tiles are popping off the floor and I cannot get a response. Have emailed and texted Chris and saw where he “read” the text with no response. Work that was completed was mediocre. Drywall tape left sticking out, did not clean up after themselves (left trash in my house and slung grout on the stone work outside). I also had to hire a plumber to fix the leaks they caused. EXTREMELY disappointed.
