We are sorry you feel this way. We contacted you three times in one week and sent you a message telling you the date we would be out. We also contacted you the day before to make sure you were still okay with us coming out and doing the job. The day of we messaged you telling you we were on the way to get the job done. When we got to the job we called you asking you to unlock your gate so we could get to work. Instead of you unlocking it you continued to use foul language and tell us that we have horrible communication skills. Sorry that’s how you feel. From our side this seems like great communication skills.
