- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Policy’s and fees Red Line Lawn Services, LLC NOTE: Our prices are not negotiable, any attempt and communication will respectfully be terminated. We stand by all of our work and we always make it right if a client presents a concern. Thank you in advance! Grass: $55 minimum which includes lawn cutting, trimming, edging, blowing and cleanup. Tall grass height policy 7-201 -Anything over 12 inches is subject to a tall grass height fee. Overgrown grass is a safety issue. Price will be determined after property assessment is completed due to a double or triple cut requirement. ——————————— Pet waste policy 7-202 -A $5 fee is added if excessive pet waste is found in the service area(s) of the yard. Please make sure to the best of your ability that the service area(s) are free of pet waste before our arrival. Pet waste is not healthy for the lawn or for our employees if we accidentally come into contact with it. We also do not want to track it from yard to yard. Thank you! ———————————- Payment policy 7-203 *Payment is due the same day that the services are rendered. Failure to make payment on time is subject to an added late fee, account cancellation or legal action. Late payment fee: $10 —————————— Important Reminders: If you have an additional details or concerns regarding your scheduled services please relay the information to us prior to our arrival. Sprinkler heads, wires, invisible fences need to be marked or pointed out. Customer property lines- It is 100% the customers responsibility to make sure that property lines are clearly visible with stakes, pegs, fences, established grass line from previous cut, flags or however you choose. *We always carry flags to mark these important areas, so if they’re needed just ask us*. To avoid any potential issues we only want to step foot on your property and avoid any property damage which is why it is imperative that the property lines are clearly visible. If the property lines may be questionable upon our arrival then we will attempt to clarify or your services will be rescheduled as soon as possible. ———————————- Gutter cleaning: All gutters are cleaned out from ground level. If we can adequately reach from the ground with our equipment then we will clean the gutters. ——————————— Shrub and tree trimming: All shrubs and trees are trimmed from ground level. If we can adequately reach the shrubs and trees from the ground with our equipment then we will trim them. If you’d like the shrub or tree removed it will be leveled off at ground level only. The yard waste will be hauled off. If we can’t provide the service due to the height of the shrubs or trees we will happily refer you to one of our professional business partners. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Discussion with the customer to go over what work they would like completed and any specific details. Arrange a date and time for the work to be completed. 2. Send an estimate to the client after the clients information is entered into our invoicing software (YARDBOOK). Confirm the estimate with the client. Arrive at the arranged date and time. 3. Complete the job with attention to detail as if it was my personal property. Notify the client that the services are completed. Thorough in person follow up or virtual of the completed work. Make sure the client is 100% happy with the completed services and discuss any feedback that the customer may have. Provide before and after photos of the job. 4. Charge credit/ debit card on file. 5.
