- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our entire staff is IICRC certified (Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification). This is the industry standard. If a company is not certified I would think twice before using them.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Let the restoration company work with your adjuster if you've filed a claim. We use the same estimating software and we deal with estimates on a daily basis. Often, clients want to try and work with the adjuster on figuring out the adjusters estimate and it slows the entire process down. If you want to get your property back to new quickly then let the professionals do their job. I will keep you informed every step of the way. If you have any questions or hesitations just ask and I can help answer them.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
We are here to help. Maybe you've had a bad experience with a contractor or a restoration company, but I want to right their wrongs. We set out to make every experience seamless for the client.
