Had about 2000 sf of carpet shampooed. My floors hadn't looked this good in I don't know when. Samuel was very curteous, professional and knowledgable in his job. I will definitely have him back to do more work and highly recommend you give Steve a call and have them take care of your carpets too. I bet they do just as good a job with pressure washing too. Might get some of that done as well. Thanks Samuel.

He was there on time and the price quoted was the price I paid. Outstanding job cleaning the carpet and was able to remove the musty/smoke-like smell it had. Would definitely use them again.

As a new customer I was extremely happy. Steve's nephew Samuel was very nice and took his time doing an excellent carpetcleaning. This was the best and most thorough cleaning I have had in years. I highly recommend this company.

Steve responded to my post immediately. He arrived on time and was very professional and honest. I wanted him to also clean the linoleum in my condo. He told me honestly, he could do it but he didn't think he could make it look any better. I appreciated that he told me that and saved me money. Carpet looks great too! Would definitely recommend his service.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do have a standard system but at the same time, each job has it's own specific details.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I need and want them to feel comfortable with me, after all I am coming to their home . I try to speak with them after they view my quote so we can discuss exactly what they want, so that there are no surprises . I want to make sure they know that the price I quote is the price they'll pay, not anything higher.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in business almost 30 years and I continue to read and search for anything new or updated so I can provide the most current, up to date procedures.
