We believe in 100% upfront, transparent pricing with no hidden fees. Because every tree and property setup is unique—factoring in tree height, proximity to structures, accessibility, and safety risks—we provide free, detailed, line-item estimates before any work begins. What we quote is what you pay. We also offer senior and military discounts, as well as multi-tree package discounts when servicing several trees during a single visit.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Working with us is seamless from start to finish. It begins with a quick conversation about your needs, followed by a free on-site consultation where I personally inspect the trees and property. I’ll walk you through my recommendations as a Certified Arborist so you can make informed decisions. After providing a clear, written estimate, we schedule the job at a time convenient for you. On service day, our team executes the job safely, cleans up every bit of debris, and checks in with you to make sure everything meets your standards before we leave.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over my 10+ years in the industry, I have prioritized continuous professional development. Beyond holding my ISA Arborist Certification for the past 7 years, I undergo ongoing education in tree preservation, soil management, and emergency storm response. My team and I are also fully trained in industry safety protocols (ANSI Z133 standards) for chain saw operation, rigging, and climbing techniques to protect both our crew and your property.
