I had great experience with Chad and Casey, they are honest and caring real people. Casey came out on Christmas Eve to help out, and the rate is great especially considering the quality of the result, this is from someone who worked in a plumbing company before. I had a great and pleasant experience with Plumbing American Services. I was desperate with the plumbing in my kitchen sink that continuously was leaking from the exit pie of my garbage disposal. The water even damaged my sink cabinet! I surfed in Thumbtack for Plummers and all were very busy that day. I had to set an appointment for next day, but the company's owner called me right away to see what was my problem and to verify if I got service. He personally came to my home and very professional and easily fixed and installed a new pipe in the exit of my garbage disposal. No more leaks!

I had LVP installed in my home and when the subfloor was removed in both my bathrooms that caused an issue with the toilets being reseated. I reached out to American Plumbing via Thumbtack late Wednesday evening and received a call within minutes. The next day Jack was over and replaced the flanges (spelling ?) and got both toilets reinstalled. My to do list is long and I definitely will be calling American Plumbing again

we are a smaller outfit so therefore are prices will be more affordable than the bigger companies we always waive our trip fee when work is being performed
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
our process is to evaluate and access the problem then present you with any options that might benefit you and give you a price before we do any work so there is not any surprises during or after the job is complete
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
we do hold a plumbing license for north and south carolina and well certification also
