- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is always straightforward and transparent. Estimates include labor, prep work, and standard materials. There are no hidden fees, and I always explain anything that might affect the price. I also offer bundle discounts for multiple rooms or larger projects. Every job is different, so I focus on giving customers honest, fair pricing based on the actual work needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a quick conversation to understand the project, then schedule an in-person or virtual walkthrough to take measurements and discuss colors, finishes, and expectations. I provide a clear written estimate, explain the timeline, and answer any questions. Once approved, I handle everything from prep to final cleanup, keeping customers updated along the way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve trained hands-on for years in residential interior and exterior painting, including surface prep, trim finishing, stain work, and modern coatings. I stay updated on new products and techniques, especially with brands like Sherwin-Williams and Benjamin Moore. Most of what I’ve learned comes from real experience, consistent practice, and delivering high-quality work.
