What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would collect your contact info and address of the work site. For a repair you will recieve a text or email letting you know who is coming to repair your door and when we're on our way. You'll also be notified when the job is started and when it's completed. followed by an invoice.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with home owners, builders, and project mangers.
