After I inquired about getting my spring replaced, Tailored Garage door promptly set up a service call for the next day to repair my garage door. Great communication throughout the process. When he arrived he did an excellent job of replacing the spring. He then went through my door's adjustment and tweaked some settings in the opener. He also lubricated everything and now my door is whisper quiet. He is very friendly, knowledgeable, and has a passion for his craft. Excellent Customer WOW.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would collect your contact info and address of the work site. For a repair you will recieve a text or email letting you know who is coming to repair your door and when we're on our way. You'll also be notified when the job is started and when it's completed. followed by an invoice.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with home owners, builders, and project mangers.
