- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I’m very fairly priced and I don’t charge by the hour. I usually don’t up any prices no matter what I stick to what I said and that’s that. Our seniors almost ALWAYS get a discount on their jobs, our veterans get a discount as well. If a customer needs several things done at once then they will get a cut price for that.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
The elderly, professionals of many backgrounds (Officers) firefighters, business owners. And just regular people, I’ve done a lot of jobs for a lot of people and I’m happy to say that they were very satisfied with my work.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Are we what we say we are, should I trust everything that we say. Should I get 4 or more quotes .
