- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on running an actual company. We pay taxes, liability insurance, health insurance, advertising, etc. Who is doing the work for you? Two guys and a truck? High school kids? Licensed or certified? We won't be the cheapest, but we will be the most detailed and thorough to make sure your job is perfect!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially, we would love to have an address and gain an idea of the job demand. We understand people tend to keep private information...private. So we are able to use our Pictometry software to pull measurements to gain an idea of the scope of work. There are a lot of details to a job that we like to understand so we are able to deliver to the customers' expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Licensed GC in multiple states. 11-year insurance claims adjuster with knowledge in storm damage and estimating. 22 years in commercial and nuclear construction.
