- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing reflects personalized coaching, structured programming, and ongoing accountability — not just a workout PDF. I offer a few different monthly coaching options depending on how much support you want (training-only, training + nutrition, and higher-touch accountability). I’m always happy to recommend the best fit based on your goals, schedule, and budget during a quick introductory call.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I keep the process simple and structured: We start with a quick consultation to understand your goals, schedule, and training experience I build a customized plan around your body, your equipment, and what you want to achieve We meet for live virtual training sessions 1–3 times per week (depending on your preference) Between sessions, you’ll know exactly what to work on so you stay consistent If you want additional accountability, I also offer optional check-ins and nutrition guidance.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have several years of hands-on coaching experience helping clients with fat loss, strength, and consistency. I’m currently completing my NASM Certified Personal Trainer certification to further deepen my expertise in evidence-based training and program design. I’m committed to coaching safely, professionally, and with a long-term results-focused approach.
