- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every client gets the same price, I think it is most fair to have reasonable prices for everyone that way I keep things fair for not only me but also the client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process starts with an onboarding call. I will go over the questions I ask each client to get an understanding of where they are at and where they are wanting to go. Then, I build out their meal plans, training plans, and from there we set up the weekly calls. Each weekly call goes over how they are performing and if they need help with anything fitness or mindset related.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been training in the gym for over 2 years now and I've studied nutrition and health for about the same amount of time. Most of my education comes from working with my clients. Learning how to help each one in their situation goes a long way. It allows me to have confidence that I can help anyone with fitness and health.
