- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every client gets the same price, at the start. I believe it is most fair to my current clients and myself to offer the same price to everyone. However, if someone refers me to someone they know and they also become a client, then I offer an extra month of working together for free.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process starts with a free consultation call. I get an understanding of where they are at and then from there we see if it's the right fit. After we both agree that this works for us we start working together. The next step is an onboarding call. I will go over the questions that I have for them. I ask each client to get an understanding of where they are at and where they are wanting to go. Then, I build out their meal plans, training plans, and from there we set up the weekly calls, exchange contact information, and start progressing! Each weekly call goes over how they are performing and if they need help with anything fitness or mindset related.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been training in the gym for over 2 years now and I've studied nutrition and health for about the same amount of time. Most of my education comes from working with my clients, working with myself, and studying the factors that matter for health and fitness. This allows me to have confidence that I can help anyone with fitness and health.
