I've made the mistake in the past and trusted people who claim to know computer repair. They worked out of their homes. I will NEVER make that mistake again. I recommend AAA to all my friends and family. All of which have been very happy with the service.

Awesome service. They are very fast. I drop my computer off in the morning and they call within a few hours. I have tried others and they took days to get my pc fixed. I recommend RCS to all my friends and family.

Great service at a very fare price. Anyone you ask in the area recommends Redfield Computer Services. I used to have to drive to Aberdeen for PC. No more! They don't offer same day service. Check out their webpage for a $35 off coupon.

FAQs

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

The computer industry has a lot of people around who claim to be trained technicians. In reality half of those people do not have the certifications they claim. If the tech you choose cannot show you an A+ certification diploma they are a fake. They may know some about computers and networks. But they have not taken the time and training to be a certified professional. Many un-certified people work out of home offices. They cannot go to work for a real computer repair business because they do not have the credentials. So they just start their own computer business out of their home. Many states do not require computer technicians to be accredited and licensed. All the state requires is a sales tax license. Warning! By hiring an untrained computer tech can void your computers warranty.
