Tad is a very meticulous, organized and punctual person that takes his craft very seriously. He is extremely polite, very open to suggestions and always looking out to saving us money in all the projects he does for us.

Tad made our dream bathroom a reality and we are so grateful to him! He worked with us on our ideas and gave us options that would meet our budget. He was forthcoming about pricing and honest about feasibility and any potential issues. He communicated with us at all points of the project and did SUCH a good job. We’ve had our bathroom now for over a year and wouldn’t change a thing. The quality of work he does is exceptional
( I don’t think he’d get any sleep if it wasn’t.) Tad is the professional you want if you have a custom project and you want it done right. We LOVE our bathroom.

We love Tad Lacey Construction! Tad is very reassuring to work with, and has great concepts. I didn’t think our kitchen would be able to have a dishwasher, but Tad made it work! He built us custom countertops and updated the backsplash. He helped us achieve results we love, so much in fact that we had his team come back the following summer to do our fence! Tad Lacey Construction can make your handyman dreams a reality, and he’ll have you smiling the whole time!
