Let me tell y’all, I was in a real mess. I had a house full of junk and carpets that were beyond saving — I’m talkin’ dog crap everywhere. I didn’t even know where to start. Called up ServiceMaster and they showed up like pros. Darren was very prompt and professional that guy deserves a raise he didn’t even flinch. I thought this would be the worst thing he’s ever seen but he assured me he’s been in way worse scenarios. He got a crew scheduled and hauled out every bit of trash, tore up that nasty carpet, and left the place clean and deodorized like it never even happened.
Hard-working, respectful, and fast — these folks don’t mess around. If you’ve got a disaster on your hands, call these guys. They’ll take care of it right.

I had a water issue in both the upper and lower levels. Nate from ServiceMaster came out to determine the damage and set up his equipment.
He was polite, calm, friendly, professional, and started working right away.

I was very happy and pleased with the work that ServiceMaster did on my parents home and clean up of their wet basement/ getting rid of the mold. I also thought that the price was reasonable for doing not only the basement but cleaning of the upstairs. Tim was very easy to work with, was responsible, and always available to answer any questions or get back to me In a timely manner. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs these types of services.
