Phoenix responded to my request second but did so with a phone call. He asked specific, pertinent questions and even came out to evaluate after hours. He agreed to begin a treatment plan with no pressure. Aaron and Phoenix are the reason we are leaving our other company. (Arrow) We appreciate local companies that understand word-of-mouth and appreciate our business.

Very knowledgeable about pest control, even more so than their big chain company competitors. The technician was very thorough in his initial examination and began pesticide application the same day. Unlike other companies I have done business with, Phoenix Pest Control actually contacted me a few weeks after their first visit to make sure I was satisfied with the results.

Aaron was prompt and very professional and also personable. Went very in depth of what he could do for us and gave 3-4 options. We hired him on the spot!He went right to work without having to schedule a time for him to come back. Done in about an hour. Highly recommend.

Called Ace, Phoenix , he showed up, thanked us for calling him, said he wanted to earn our business for Life, went and looked, Crawled around under the house, went up in the crawl space over the garage, sprayed some stuff, said it will be fine just want to put some Bug boxes down and a mouse box outside.. Wow have not even seen a Bug since.. He comes about every 3 months, checks things, leaves no messes, always on time.. Impressed with his Company.. and him..:)

Phoenix starts with a free diagnostic inspection allowing us to customize a treatment package just for you. The initial service is usually more intense to get you the best results as quick as possible. After that we schedule regular maintenance services to ensure you never have the problem again. Prevention is key.
