What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
FREE!!! I work for you for free. There are no hidden fees or taxes using me. I work to give you a great vacation! Currently I offer On Board Credits for every new cruise that books through me. I offer up to $1000 OBC for Disney Cruises.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I work in bringing the best options for the customer. I work to figure out what they are looking for and answer by asking questions and narrowing the options for them. I work hard on pulling information and sending them a thorough quote. I like to do the work so you don't have to.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have trained through various resorts, cruise lines, etc including Disney, Universal, Various All Inclusives like HardRock, Grand Bahia, Karisma, and cruise lines like Disney, Royal Caribbean, etc. I also have extensive knowledge through my previous work and my own travels. I have been over seas, to Disney, to All inclusives and cruised. I have a great resource of many other travel agents within my company that I can reach out to for help as well.
