Alfred came as scheduled, made the repairs and showed what to do if it occurred again. That was very integral of him. Some repair people would prefer you keep them on speed dail to continue getting paid.

Had a fantastic experience with this gentleman from EZtech! He was the first to respond to my enquiry. He was able to quote prices by phone and he was even able to make an educated guess as to what the problem was with my dryer just based on the description. He was punctual for the appointment and communicated professionally - even gave me a heads up when he was on his way. I would definitely use this company again for future appliance needs.
