Quick to respond and able to come the next day. Needed a front load Electrolux washer repaired. Repair ended up being trickier than anticipated, requiring additional unexpected parts, and Alfred was determined to get it resolved. He was successful and completed the project the same day. I will hire him again.

He demonstrated what was wrong -that caused my washing machine to not work. Then he showed me on his phone that new replacement part was no longer available. He arrived as promised and I was very happy with the service. I have to buy a new appliance but am satisfied it can't be repaired.
