My bathroom remodel with John Murray has been exceptional. His work ethic is evident in the quality of his workmanship and his professionalism is evident in his genuine kindness. Corrected previous issues that were hidden with on wall plumbing, explained changes throughout the project, the day the project was completed responded immediately to the text and video of an issue with bath spout and discussed resolution with it being a product that's not designed for American water systems. I reorder a new tub spout to be installed as agreed. I shared links to the site where the piece was ordered and discussed availability to have it installed. The contractor never responded to let me know why they could not return on the agreed date to install the new spout. I continued to call and text to get and give my availability, even though I work from home and still got no responses. The contractor had been paid in full even with the issue with the tub spout that had a design flaw. My calls and text still have gone unanswered after waiting 5 days. It's now over a month since the day of completion which was the same day I contacted the contractor about the issue immediately.

John did a wonderful job, I couldn’t ask for better contractor. The quality of work is top notch and the prices are very reasonable. I had a big project and him and his team knocked it out way faster than I expected with attention to details. I will for sure hire him again for future projects.
