Writing conventions stay fairly steady; however, I continually watch for updates to APA and MLA formats, consult print and online writers' guides, and conduct basic research on paper topics while editing.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I frequently work with high school or college students who have written a rough draft of a paper but know it needs further improvement. I work with them to make sure they understand the changes we are making, so they can use the information in the future.
