My laptop would not boot up. Better Focus Technology responded to my initial request within a half hour. They were able to provide same day service and arrived on time at my home. Their policy is they only charge you if they fix your computer. It took the tech less than an hour to diagnose and resolve. I will definitely use Better Focus Technology in the future! I couldn’t be happier!! I called and Charles showed up that afternoon. From Nashville to Gallatin. He wasn’t able to fix my computer, though he tried. It was 11 years old. Today, 2 days later, he shows up with a brand new computer. He was able to transfer all my data to the new one. He set it all up for me and made sure I was happy with it.
