I can not say enough good things about our experience with AAA Concrete! The value for the workmanship is incredible and their customer service goes above and beyond anything I've experienced with any other home project. We are so grateful to have a new driveway, patio and walkway that are safe, look amazing and will last us for years to come. We received estimates from 4 different vendors over the last year and a half but AAA Concrete was the only company to suggest running a gutter drainage system under the new patio/driveway and slightly modifying the design of our front walkway to align with our porch steps. They were so professional and communicative keeping us updated throughout each step of the process and left the site spotless, even laying down grass seed and hay on areas where dirt had been filled in. We are beyond impressed and will be recommending to all of our friends and family members who need concrete work in the future!

I was pleased with the overall experience. The survey was straightforward and well-structured, making it easy to provide honest feedback.

In terms of the concrete service itself, I was impressed by the quality of the product. The mix was consistent, arrived on time, and met all the specifications we requested. The delivery team was professional and efficient, ensuring minimal disruption to the job site.

The customer support throughout the ordering and delivery process was excellent. Communication was clear, and any questions we had were addressed promptly. Lino Rivera also showed that the company values feedback and is committed to improving its services based on customer input.

Overall, I appreciated the opportunity to provide feedback and would recommend to others looking for reliable concrete supply and service

Lino and AAA did a fantastic job! I’d highly recommend them! They were very knowledgeable and collaborative on helping us plan our projects. They were very detailed oriented on both the scope of work done and the cost. The work done was both efficient and precise. Again, I’d highly recommend them!
