What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If my prices is high it’s because I’m going to do a good job but I’m also reasonable and can work thing out with the customer to where we can come down to a fair prices for both of us.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I give my new customer a free quote just to make sure we on the same page, I’ll show them work that I have done before that way they know they in good hands..
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I took clase of electrical work for a year and been in the business of remodeling and construction for 6 year. But before that I also worked 4 year with my dads company doing the same thing I’m doing now remodeling
