Replaced rotted joists and wood. Rebuilt deck. Pressure washed and painted. Very professional and responsive. Quick to adjust and include my preferences. All costs were transparent and agreed to up front. Satisfied with the work.

When my initial contractor wanted to double his quote in the middle of the job I reached out to Shaddai’s construction. They came in and finished what the initial contractor said he couldn’t do. And not only did they finish the job at a reasonable price, they fixed the errors in the initial contractors work. Shaddai’s construction are all great people!! Very kind and personable. This and they did a fantastic job finishing up my shed! Thank you!!!!

I wanted to like this crew. And they started off strong! They came in blazing! I even hired them to do more work. But, their work got progressively worse. Cutting corners and leaving painting jobs unfinished. I had to ask them several times to complete jobs which they didn't do. They broke windows. Which is understandable since they were removing brick. But then left them broken over night. This was unsafe as the windows are on the first floor. And then didn't know how to replace glass? I replaced them myself the next day. The lvp flooring they installed is a complete mess. There are gaps everywhere. And they left the work site a disaster. I hired professional cleaners that were appalled when they came in. They had charged me extra for the mess. I think they are wonderful people tho. And I also believe that if you stay on them, they can and will do the job well. But mostly I think they wanted me to not notice all the shortcuts they took. I did. Their plumber and electrician did great work! And Marven, himself, is great! If he's doing the work, you're good! But the crew was lacking. When all was said and done, they held themselves accountable for the sub par job. So, maybe things are different with them now. I wish them the best! Unfortunately, I would not hire them again.

Marvin and Keren were an absolute pleasure to work with! They turned 2 arched openings into French doors. When I requested an estimate, they arrived the very next day and we were able to start work shortly thereafter. They were extremely professional and always made sure to clean up after themselves. I am extremely impressed by their quality and have a second project coming up soon!

We’re very grateful with Shaddai’s Construction for the excellent job they did in our bathroom. They did a good job demoling, doing plumbing the right way and did a wonderful job installing the marble in my shower and building my pocket door. I definitely recommend them
