- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Furniture Assembly/Disassembly : A discount is offered for additional pieces being built at once.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It depends on the job! For recurring house cleanings, I do a walk thru before booking to ensure products, pricing, type of clean and timelines work for everyone. For furniture assembly, I will confirm the amount of pieces you have. My quote includes pricing for the furniture you select, if you have extra pieces you need built - I’m happy to quote you for each! I do discount additional furniture. I will ensure products are level and correctly placed before leaving. Designing starts with a consult ☺️ if you decide to have me come out and help you execute the plan, I offer a 15% discount on the total cost of the project. I’m happy to help with paint colors, furniture selection, appliance selection, room staging, room design, whole home design, furniture assembly and placement,
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
7 years of HVAC controls with 3 years of energy management/analytics taught me about sustainability and how important it is. I gained proficiency with power tools working as an electrician apprentice, as well as working on projects I do in my own home. If I don’t know how to do something, I’m more than happy to research how to do it and make an attempt!
