The cleaner was about 20 min late and there were some areas that were not cleaned to my satisfaction but I’m pretty picky and should be when paying someone for a job. For the most part they did a good job.

We offer discounts for recurring clients and often for first time customers as well!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After gathering the information needed for their job, mainly the size of the home and what they are looking to get done, we set up a time for the first clean. Easy as that!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our cleaners have 5+ years of experience in cleaning and are all vetted by our team. As owner of the business, I started the company working side by side on cleans with our team to get to know the process and requirements. Before this, I managed large accounts for a Fortune 500 transportation company where I learned how to work well with clients and properly handle hiccups in any operations.
