- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a flat per hour for house cleaning but we offer discounts for recurring services. The more frequent the cleaning, the higher the discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer we ask questions to get an understanding of the customer's needs. After the customer confirms services and we arrive to complete the services we do a walk-through with the customer to ensure we understand the assignment. From there, we complete the services and communicate with the customer any issues during the cleaning. Afterward, we do a temperature check to receive feedback from the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We research products, new or old to ensure these are the best products for our clients. We look for better tools, attend conferences and more to be the best and do the best work possible for our customers.
