Subscription based service model. Interesting but skeptical. Scheduled first clean for Thurs but instead, and without my knowledge, the appointment was booked with cleaner for Friday, without asking if that was convenient for us. After moving meetings around and confirming with the cleaner that Friday would work - it's 90 mins post appointment time and cleaner is a no show and with no contact/explanation.
