Professional company who was prompt in responding and scheduling a deep clean. Karen showed up with another team member and did a fantastic job on my windows, my walk in shower, my stove inside and out, bathrooms, and somehow got these stubborn stains out of my kitchen sink. Great value and efficiency. I will definitely hire again.

She was great at being accommodating and responsive to moving my window cleaning appointment around due to upcoming rain. She did a great job of cleaning my windows interior and exterior as well as screens and jambs. My house even looks brighter! Would recommend to anyone.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We aim to meet your budget whenever possible. Our pricing includes factors such as the number of hours per clean, size and condition of your home, and time to travel to your home for each clean. We offer a discount code of THUMB20 to give you 20% off your first regular clean!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to have a phone call to get to know you and your expectations better so that we can meet them. We then agree on a booking date and send you a confirmation email with all the details. We offer an app called Launch27 where you can change the schedule, communicate with the cleaner, update payment information and more. Our cashless payments mean you never have to run out to the ATM to grab cash because the cleaner is coming.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All our cleaners have years of experience cleaning homes and a proven track record of satisfied customers!
